The role of consultant

Day-to-day, you’ll be supporting professionals with their next career move, or providing talent consulting solutions to business leaders, including chairs and the c-suite, hiring managers, HR and procurement functions in your specialist industry sectors.
As a consultant, you’ll build deep, long-standing relationships with board-level executives, department heads and other high-calibre senior professionals in FTSE100, global, and many of the UK’s leading organisations.

We’d be interested in talking to you if you have a minimum of three years’ relevant experience and a demonstrable track-record of achieving successful outcomes for clients and candidates, throughout your talent and leadership consulting career.

We’ll provide you with the training, coaching and tools to perform in your role.
You will be degree educated, intellectually curious and may have already gained experience in management consulting, leadership assessment, learning and development, talent consulting, executive search or interim management recruitment.
Good business acumen with a broad commercial understanding of how organisations and senior executives tick is essential. Most importantly, you’ll have a growth-mindset and a drive to achieve more for yourself, clients and candidates.
