We’re delighted to welcome Guy Garnett, Rob Baldock and Ben Dalal to the NSCG team
Rob has worked in the recruitment sector for 20 years, primarily placing contract and interim professionals into the Lloyd’s Insurance Market. Rob was most recently a Principal Consultant member of the Leadership Team at Cornwallis Elt, the City-based recruitment firm, where he delivered staff for a number of IT & business transformation programmes. Prior to his time at Cornwallis, Rob worked at PSD, Eames Consulting and Red10.
Ben has also joined from Cornwallis Elt where he spent almost 10 years and most recently held the position of Associate Director. Ben’s key expertise is in the placing of senior interims within the technology, change and transformation space with a focus on the buy-side and all things investments. Partner clients included FTSE100 £1Tn AuM+ mega-funds through to smaller boutique and private wealth houses. Whilst with Cornwallis, Ben set up and built out the Senior Hires Search practice and pitched for, won and delivered a number of C level and Director mandates with a 100% conversion success rate.
Guy has joined the group from Oryx, the executive search firm. He has 17 years of experience in the executive search sector, working with an array of clients from large FTSE listed companies to private equity-backed businesses. Guy recruits across a number of industries but his key sectors of experience are industrial, built environment and private healthcare.

In addition to its London headquarters and North-West base, NSCG has recently announced that it will be opening new premises in Leeds city centre this summer.
