Team lead - Resourcing
I lead our Agile Talent Solutions team. I connect clients with high calibre permanent and contract resource required to ensure the success of their business, be this through managing a team of consultants or undertaking the recruitment activity myself.
I have worked in recruitment since 2003 - throughout my career I have gained the expertise and knowledge required to build trusted partnerships with clients in order to fulfil their staffing needs. I have recruited into numerous industry sectors including financial services, manufacturing & engineering, IT and technology and as a team ATS would describe ourselves as ‘Sector Agnostic’.
I have a successful track record of supporting the design of bespoke recruitment plans, from individual specialist hires to large scale project recruitment. Ensuring the successful delivery against these plans including the ongoing reporting and governance throughout the process.
I enjoy working with clients to understand their business, the roles they need to recruit and identifying suitable candidates - fulfilling both a company’s staffing needs but also an individual's desire to work, their values and career aspirations.
I will work with a client on an assessment strategy to ensure we are presenting the best candidates – this may include market intel and salary guidance, creating talent communities for future opportunities and production of candidate packs to showcase their business.
On the flip side working with the candidates to ensure they have the best opportunity in gaining a role - this may include CV review, qualification / training advice and guidance on interview preparation.
