I’m the marketing director at NSCG. I head up the marketing communications function, managing a team responsible for our digital presence, campaigns, thought leadership and PR.
“In the talented future... organisations will unlock the true value of diversity and inclusion. Gender, cognitive and neuro diversity will collaborate on a new level. Businesses will reap the benefits: better, more informed decision making, customer centricity and on-going innovation.”
I’ve been working in marketing for 10+ years, most of this experience leading marketing teams in the professional services sector. I’m a generalist marketeer and my areas of expertise include digital marketing strategy, brand and content marketing.
I’m passionate about all things marketing!
I love to think strategically and be the first to adopt new approaches. I’m encouraged to challenge the status quo and think differently about how we take our services to market. There’s never a dull moment. It’s an exciting time for the business with the launch of NSCG and our plans for growth in the UK and international markets.
One of the most rewarding things in my role is the talented colleagues I get to work with. Everyone has something different to bring to the table – we have industry veterans, business psychologists, behavioural scientists, and consultants, who over the years have acquired deep sector knowledge in their respective markets. We work fantastically well as a team and have great fun too.
Professionally qualified marketer and a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
Executive MBA at Cass Business School scholar – 2020 to 2022.
Creating the NSCG proposition, from concept through to completion - holistically defining the strategy and the execution across the whole programme has been a key achievement during COVID lock-down! I'm proud of the platform we've created for business growth and a purpose-led brand proposition that we can all get behind.
My favourite pastimes
- Exploring the big outdoors (on foot or on two wheels).
