I’m one of the finance assistants within the finance department at NSCG, overlooking the sales ledger and credit control. My day to day duties involve but are not limited to bank accounts reconciliation, creation, maintenance, and invoicing of client accounts, as well as liaising with recruitment consultants and the finance team to not only resolve any queries, but also improve our client communication from the finance/admin side.
I have gained a wealth of experience working in finance roles within sectors heavily focused on maintaining good customer relations. Ranging from 5* hotels and the country’s leading healthcare law firm, to global entertainment and travel companies conducting business all over the world, my professional history taught me how to achieve the desired results while upholding the highest standards of service and improving on client relationships. At the same time, working within a range of different businesses allowed me to acquire and develop all of the finance skills necessary to exceed in my current role.
Being the foundation of every successful business, finance departments provide all the necessary information and back up to help make the best business decisions and allow the company to grow by maintaining a healthy cash flow. By taking control over client accounts and the invoicing processes I eased and improved on our relations with the clients allowing our operational team members to utilise these to the fullest.
