Operations and IT Business Support Executive
I'm the Operations and IT Business Support Executive. I support the business through day-to-day management of our CRM, IT systems and other operations processes. I support the business by being the first point of contact internally and then liaising directly with our suppliers if required.
I am highly skilled in working on projects that meet the needs of both internal and external clients while defining processes and standards that enhance business functions, productivity, and overall profitability. This is evidenced through my various previous employment. My expertise includes all areas of system development life cycle, market research, product development, IT, working and reporting to senior stakeholders.
My experience and expertise has given me the ability to provide a high level of support to the business. The support comes in the shape of ensuring systems are functioning as they should be, fix any issues that might arise within the business and system development where needed.
