I am a leadership consultant responsible for delivering talent consulting services. This is primarily leadership assessment and development solutions for a range of clients and sectors.
“In the talented future... organisations will be more open to flexible and remote working as part of their drive to increase diversity and inclusion. This will include exploring ways to build trust and become more outcomes-focused, whilst enabling delivery through technology.”
I am an occupational psychologist specialising in the assessment and development of senior and emerging leaders and have been involved in delivering talent solutions for over 15 years. I have a background in designing tailored assessment and development materials as part of wider programmes, including creating bespoke content for leadership development and behavioural performance frameworks. I also provide ongoing development support through feedback and coaching.
I get to work with a variety of clients and sectors, getting to understand their challenges and drivers. Moreover, I enjoy building strong long-term relationships through delivering high-quality outcomes that demonstrate I care about the solution and have understood their needs. Working with others in a team is also a key motivator for me, whether that be alongside clients or with my colleagues, collaborating and pulling together to deliver.
My favourite pastimes
- Walking in the countryside with family and friends, particularly in the Lake District where we had family holidays growing up.
- Reading – I hope to be able to make more time for it again!
- Travelling to experience different cultures and exploring new places, even more so now with my children.
