I run the talent consulting business, working with organisations to identify, assess, develop and coach their people. I operate primarily in the professional services, financial services, manufacturing and private equity sectors, working with executive teams and main boards to enhance their effectiveness. I often assess management teams as part of pre-acquisition due diligence projects.
I work directly with NEDs, chairs, PE investors, CEOs, MDs, business owners and divisional heads as part of our talent acquisition team. Whether finding a senior interim resource quickly on a gap-fill basis, to manage a turnaround, or searching for the right person to fill a permanent position to guide a business through a period of transformational change and beyond.
