Interim Estates Director, Strategic Change
The Role: Our client, a leading university, is currently looking to identify an experienced interim estates director to help assess, consult and make recommendations for change
The Responsibilities: Reporting to the COO, the successful candidate will have ultimate responsibility for identifying transformational change opportunities within the estate.
As the successful candidate you will be strategic in your approach, be commercially minded and support the COO with a new direction of travel.
The Candidate: This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced interim to make a real difference. The successful candidate will have detailed understanding of estate transformation and will have the gravitas to inspire and gain the trust of the current leadership team.
