Our Return on Interim® methodology is a smarter way to engage, oversee and incentivise interim managers and executives. It provides you with performance management data, enabling you to accurately quantify the value your interim managers deliver.
We recognise that the identification of an excellent interim manager is only the first stage of the journey, our unique methodology is used to agree key objectives, assess and understand the difference between ‘good’ and ‘great’ performance, track milestones and progress throughout the course of the assignment, from start to finish.

Step 4: Results
At the end of the assignment we review its success. We provide a detailed report, that examines the value delivered, looks at the legacy left from the work delivered and what can be further developed and optimised.
